Owners Lee Baker and Sondra Baker are passionate local community supporters and are active in the McKinney Chamber of Commerce of which Premier Air Service is a member. The Bakers started Premier in 2013, and Lee has worked in the HVAC industry since 1997.

The Bakers attend their local church, where Lee is part of a facilities team that maintains building operations and equipment, including plenty of AC units.

Quality time with family is very important to the Bakers, as they spend a lot of time with their families, especially with their nieces and nephews.
